It has been awhile since my last post but I have been doing the crossfit workouts given to me by Coach Joy. In between work school and life I have done a bit of skiing. I finally broke down and went out and bought some new skis and boots. I got Dynastar "nothing but trouble" skis which are twin tipped all around skis. I could not be happier with the purchase and the guys down at Jacksons Ski and Sport hooked me up big time. Skiing has been great been to Killington twice. The first time was decent all groomed trails. However 2 weekends ago we ventured up during the storm and skied on Saturday in almost 2ft of snow. Unreal day and then we stayed the night to enjoy the great Pickle Barrel. The night consisted of us watching Joy trying to dance with Auntie Kate.
For the workouts I finally cleaned up the basement and the pull up bar and weights are set and this morning was my first workout.
As many rounds in 20min of:
5 Thrusters
7 Power Hang Cleans
10 Sumo high deadlifts
RDS 8 + 5 thrusters and a few power hang cleans.
